"El único conflicto de poderes es entre la Corte y la Constitución. Si insisten con hacer cesar a una jueza porque no es del Partido Judicial, estarán violando -una vez más- facultades constitucionales propias del Consejo de la Magistratura (Art 114) y del Senado (Art 99.4)", expresó el ministro en redes.
