Mientras se espera el tratamiento de la ley inegral de VIH, tuberculosis y hepatitis en la Cámara alta, Ariel Goldman, docente de la Licenciatura en Gestión de Servicios de Salud de Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), opinó para Télam sobre la importancia de que las instituciones de salud, para dar cumplimiento efectivo a la ley, no pongan trabas administrativas y que los prestadores capaciten a sus profesionales psobre estudios de prevención y detección precoz.
