Las agencias que no entreguen la documentación y el casco serán sancionadas

El Gobierno de la Provincia, a través de la Subsecretaría de Comercio Interior y Defensa al Consumidor, informa a la comunidad que la Ley Nº 8615/9 prohíbe a las agencias y/o concesionarias la entrega de motos y automóviles 0 Km o usados sin que el bien este patentado, registrado o transferido a nombre del adquiriente.

Asimismo, esta Ley establece que, cuando comprás una moto 0 Km, la concesionaria, además de la documentación, debe entregarte el casco protector.

En este sentido, la subsecretaria de Comercio Interior y Defensa al Consumidor, Jimena Espinosa, explicó que “en caso de no haber recibido la documentación, la patente y el casco, pueden hacer la denuncia en Defensa al Consumidor de manera gratuita, sin necesidad de patrocinio legal”.

Del mismo modo, señaló que “la denuncia se puede hacer en las oficinas ubicadas en calle Pelagio B. Luna 816, en la ciudad capital; o en las delegaciones del interior de la provincia”.
