La UATRE oficializó un aumento del 55% para los trabajadores Rurales

La suba es de carácter acumulativo en forma escalonada

La Unión Argentina de Trabajadores Rurales y Estibadores (UATRE) llegó a un acuerdo paritario del 55% este viernes en la Comisión Nacional de Trabajo Agrario (CNTA) para el personal permanente de prestación continua (Peón General) comprendido en el Régimen Nacional de Trabajo Agrario, en el ámbito de todo el país. Al respecto hablamos con Omar Muga delegado regional de UATRE.

La suba es de carácter acumulativo en forma escalonada. “El piso para los salarios mensuales actuales será de $226.802,59. A partir de noviembre comienzan los aumentos remunerativos", informó Muga.

El noviembre se incrementa un 15% pasando el salario mínimo a $260.822,98 y en diciembre se incrementa un 13%, estableciendo un piso de $294.729,97. Para enero del próximo año se suma otro 13% y pasa a $333.044,86 y en febrero aumenta un 14% estableciendo el mínimo en $379.671,14”.

“Hemos logrado recomponer los salarios de los trabajadores. Una ardua tarea que tuvimos con posiciones antagónicas muy fuertes en la CNTA donde la UATRE lo pudo sacar adelante con gestión y diálogo”, indicó el gremialista y agregó: “Este drama inflacionario nos obliga a tener aumentos permanentemente para no perder poder adquisitivo".

Asimismo, las partes acordaron volver a reunirse durante el mes de febrero de 2024 para revisar las variaciones económicas y el impacto en los salarios del trabajo rural.
