El gobierno precisó que lo que realmente se grava es la compra de billetes para hacer las operaciones. Quien tenga dólares podrá usarlos sin pagar el impuesto. El aumento de $ 300 a $ 340 del tipo de cambio diferencial para las exportaciones de economías regionales y maíz será hasta el 31 de agosto.
